Fellow, Academy of General Dentistry

A general dentist who is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) has been recognized by other general dentists as a leader and exemplifies to other dentists the importance of quality continuing education. To earn the FAGD a dentist must complete a minimum of 500 continuing education hours, pass a comprehensive exam and have been a member of the Academy for three continuous years.

Fellow, International College of Dentists

The ICD is the world's oldest and largest honor society for dentists. Fellowship in the college is extended by invitation only. A nominated dentist must pass a rigorous peer review process leading to the recognition as a Fellow.
